We’ve been slinging’ coffee and lattes since 1987, and although the Covid crisis of 2020 saw some big changes for our company, we’re hoping it was all for the better. Like many others, we cocooned our stores for a few months, hibernated in a chrysalis, and eventually emerged as a much smaller, leaner, and independent operation as Espresso Royale CU. While we currently have 4 cafes and our Sunflour Bakehouse, we plan on opening our two currently mothballed university Library locations in the Spring of 2021.
